Carta was born from a long-held vision of Chef Ben, who dreamed of creating a restaurant that captured the refinement and depth of Northwest cuisine. After founding Larch, Ben began shaping the idea for Carta — a place where he could push creativity further, blending his respect for local ingredients with modern culinary artistry.
At Carta, our team works closely with local farmers, fishers, and foragers to source the finest seasonal ingredients — from fresh coastal seafood to pasture-raised Pacific Northwest beef, wild mushrooms, and orchard fruits. Each dish is crafted with intention, highlighting the connection between land and the plate.
To complement the cuisine, Carta offers a curated wine list featuring both regional vineyards and acclaimed international producers. Our cocktail program showcases Northwest spirits and house infusions inspired by the same landscapes that shape our menu.
